I have dealt with Thomas Power for 10 years now. He has been on at me for a long time to sort out a building of my mine in Inchacore. I decided to give him the go ahead and this is where he brought his colleague along Gary Solan. Gary is extremely good at what he does about been complainant with planning and more importantly fire and safety. It has been the best move I have ever made after trebling my rental income.
